Shipping Policy

How long will my order take to ship?

We process orders Monday to Friday shipping same day or next day if your order is completely in stock we aim to dispatch as soon as we are able.

Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will still be packed but not shipped until Monday.

If your order contains something that is currently out of stock, for example, a backorder products the order will not be shipped until everything is in stock and allocated. 

If your order is part of our customisable craft section then as soon as the order is finished it will be shipped, this can take up to 7 days.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel from us to you.

 

What carriers do you use?

We use a number of shipping carriers to deliver parcels all over the world, the table below gives you a rough estimate of the delivery time for each one. Please note that these times are from the point of dispatch not the point of order.

Where don’t we ship?

Currently we only ship to the UK, if you are interested in something and not of the UK please contact us and we will discuss options.

 

How much will shipping cost?

Due to the number of carriers we use and destinations we ship to the only way of obtaining a shipping price is to add all of the items you require to a cart, then fill out your delivery information. You will then be presented with the shipping options for your order which you can select from. 

 

Do we offer free shipping?

We do not currently offer free shipping.

  

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Are there any restrictions?

We carry a wide range of products, some of which can be bulky, hazardous products or age-restricted, these are items such as aerosols, paints over 150ml, Games or large figure items. Not all carriers deliver all products so sometimes you will not see all of the shipping options in the checkout. What constitutes bulky, hazardous products or age-restricted is entirely at the discretion of Ark Crafts & Collectables.

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can! If you are close enough to us choose “collection” shipping option at checkout. You will need the shipped notification email showing your order reference and a form of ID to collect the parcel. 

 

Do you ship to the EU?

Currently we do not ship to the EU. Please contact us to arrange.

 

I think my parcel is lost, what do I do?

If your parcel tracking states it has been delivered or if it has been in transit for too long then contact us and we will communicate with the carrier for you. Please note that couriers usually will not accept claims on parcels sent until 30 days have passed since dispatch and you may need to make a formal declaration of non-delivery. If your parcel has indeed been lost then our team will arrange either a refund or replacement to be sent to you.
